Construction is underway and the opening is in sight. The Las Vegas Review-Journal reported that Municipal Gym will open this winter in Downtown Summerlin, spanning more than 30,000 square feet at Sahara Avenue and the 215 Beltway.
The coverage details what the finished club will hold. A central turf area, dozens of strength and cardio stations, men’s and women’s locker rooms, cold plunge, hot tub, infrared sauna, hydrotherapy, red light areas, cryotherapy and an IV area. Clark County permits confirm the scale of the work, including more than $2.4 million in tenant improvements.
Municipal Gym CEO Manzo Hodge confirmed Mark Wahlberg as majority owner of the business, with EoS Fitness providing operational support across marketing, finance and human resources.
