The lease is signed. Vegas24Seven carried the announcement from Howard Hughes Holdings that Municipal Gym will open a 32,064-square-foot club on Summa Drive along the southwestern edge of Downtown Summerlin. This marks the first Municipal Gym location.
The club will bring together performance training and advanced recovery under one roof, supported by a café and juice bar, retail and apparel, and premium supplements. Equipment sits on the leading edge of innovation. Recovery spans cryotherapy, compression therapy, infrared saunas, eucalyptus steam rooms, cold plunges and red light therapy.
